Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Pickle People Family typically processes and prepares orders for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or postal holidays. During busy holiday periods or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.

Shipping Carrier

We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

USPS Ground Advantage is our standard shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and USPS service conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the combined weight of the items in your order.

For ornament orders, standard shipping starts at $7 for one ornament, with an additional $2 per ornament.

Keychain-only and mixed orders may have different shipping charges. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for USPS tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, postal service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
